Making the integrity of those who decide about people verifiable.
Chile has transparency laws, codes of ethics, registries and compliance programmes. What it lacks is someone independent who checks that what is declared is real. The Network is that verification layer: it brings together the State, companies, academia and citizens so that integrity and openness stop being declarations and become verifiable facts.
Why we exist
Chile faces an institutional trust crisis.
Corruption not only affects public resources: it weakens the legitimacy of the State and trust in democracy. The figures speak for themselves.
