An articulation of three engines and multiple actors.

The Integrity and Open Government Network operates as a strategic hub that connects three operating areas and brings together public sector, private sector, academic and civil society organizations to strengthen institutional integrity in Chile.

Engine 1

Observatory of Integrity and Public Safety

Generates evidence

Researches and systematizes public information on integrity, transparency and use of public resources. Produces annual studies, data dashboards and sectoral analyses with documented methodology and open data.

Important: the Observatory does NOT receive direct complaints. Its role is to produce evidence from public sources. Citizen complaints must be directed to the Comptroller General, the Public Prosecutor's Office or the Transparency Council.

Annual Corruption Report

Flagship report systematizing the year's cases and their outcomes.

Thematic dashboards on integrity in critical State sectors.

Engine 2

Citizen Oversight

Drives action

Coordinates civil society organizations, journalists and interested citizens to follow up on integrity cases and demand accountability. Coordinates advocacy initiatives, public information campaigns and articulates links with formal oversight institutions.

Youth Anti-Corruption Network

National program for young leaders in citizen oversight.

Festival and Run

Annual citizen event on probity and transparency awareness.

Cooperation with the Comptroller and other oversight bodies.

Institute of Integrity and Open Government

Strengthens capacities

Designs and delivers training programs in public compliance, institutional ethics and Open Government tools. From short courses for civil servants to specialized diplomas, combining theory, cases and practical application.

Public compliance courses

Intensive training for civil servants and critical services.

Specialized diploma programs

Deepening programs in partnership with Chilean and international universities.

How to join

Four steps to become part of the Network.

The process ensures that each organization joining shares the Network's values and brings a complementary perspective.

Initial conversation

Exploratory meeting with the Executive Direction to learn expectations and areas of interest.

Formal application

Letter of interest and declaration of no conflict of interest.

Review and approval

Review by the Executive Direction and, when appropriate, ratification by the Board.

Cooperation agreement

Signing of an agreement with scope, deadlines and contributions of each party.
