A recognition of Corporate Open Government: transparency, integrity and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
It distinguishes companies and public institutions that open their management to citizens. Co-organized by the Integrity and Open Government Network and the Asociación de Ética Empresarial y Organizacional de Chile.
We assess what organizations show to society.
«Confianza Chile» distinguishes public evidence: the policies, reports, channels and commitments that anyone can consult and verify. We do not request or assess internal or confidential data. Trust is built facing citizens, and that is how it is recognized.
A recognition, not an intrusive audit.
What it is
An annual, voluntary and free recognition, built on the Corporate Open Government Pact/Decalogue. It values a real commitment to transparency, integrity and openness.
What it is not
It is not a ranking, a certification or an audit, and it carries no cost. It is a reputational distinction for the organization's contribution to public trust.

State bodies and services that open their management, strengthen integrity and deepen citizen trust.

Private sector
Companies that adopt the Corporate Open Government Pact and advance in transparency, participation and collaboration.
Special mention
Responsible use of AI
For those who stand out for using artificial intelligence with transparency, traceability, without bias and with human oversight.
A simple, transparent and verifiable process.

Self-assessment + public evidence.
The organization completes a form and attaches publicly accessible institutional evidence supporting each standard. -

Technical Committee.
Verifies the documentation against a common rubric, with confidentiality and equal treatment for every application. -

Independent, cross-sector jury.
A jury —formed by invitation, external to the applicants and independent from the Network— safeguards the integrity of the process and grants the recognition.
Every organization that completes the process receives a confidential feedback report. The recognition includes different levels according to the accredited standard.
Our jury: cross-sector and independent.
21 specialists from the private sector, the public sector, academia, technology and civil society safeguard the integrity of the process. The jury is external to the applying organizations and acts with full independence from the Network.
